로지 첫콜을 수행했다. 주대성님의 영향으로 과감히 부천콜을 잡았는데 혹시나 하는 기대는 역시나.
로지라고 카카오나 티맵과 달리 만원을 더 줄리 없다.
46천원짜리 콜은 정산 후 36천원이 되어 있었고, 매일 7백원씩 관리비가 빠져나가고 있었다.

카카오 티맵 대리는 왜 전빵과 로지를 못 먹나? 콜센터 운영하는게 두려운 건가. 원청 지위로 노동자들과 교섭해야 하는게 겁나서 손 떼려는게 아니라면 과감한 포인트 부여로 손들을 묶으면 금방 1등 할텐데..

그나저나 여전히 시급으로 따지면 이만하게 없긴 하다. 후속콜이 터져야 진짜지만.

Entering the World of Logi: The Reality of Numbers and Platform Paradox
​After completing the tedious process of depositing funds, paying the security deposit, and waiting for insurance approval, I finally accepted my first call on the Logi app. Inspired by YouTuber Joo Dae-seong, I boldly took a call to Bucheon. While I had a sliver of hope, the result was as expected. Logi wasn't going to offer significantly higher rates than Kakao or T-Map.
​The 46,000 KRW call on the screen transformed into 36,000 KRW after settlement. On top of the 20% commission, a daily management fee of 700 KRW was being deducted—a cold tax of this industry. I wonder why giants like Kakao and T-Map haven't dominated this "Logi" territory yet. Is it the hassle of running a call center, or the fear of negotiating with workers as a primary employer? If they aggressively locked in customers with points, they could easily take over the market. Their hesitant steps raise strange suspicions.
​Nevertheless, in terms of hourly wages, there’s still nothing quite like designated driving. Of course, a true profit is only realized if "follow-up calls" arrive in succession. Today, I once again calculate the gap between the settled numbers and the actual labor, gripping the steering wheel once more.
